About Gulfcans

African Industries Group (AIG) is a West African industrial conglomerate with an operating track record of over 40 years. The Group has affiliate offices in China, India, UAE, Eastern Europe in addition to its presence in West Africa and employs over 5000 people globally. In recent years the group has expanded into both English and French speaking West Africa, initially through trading, but following up with value added manufacturing.

The industrial business developed as Nigeria entered into a democratic phase early in this century. The government’s changing mindset led the Group to rapidly develop an industrial base. The Group has eight operating sites in Nigeria and produces a variety of finished steel products, paving stones, chemicals for the soap & detergent, mining and water purification industries. The Group operates grid connected power generation plants and is continuing to expand this business – including participation in the privatization of the Nigerian power sector.

AIG has diversified and started an investment in the region, in packaging sector known as GULF CANS INDUSTRIES -CANCO ,L.L.C, which is located at ICAD 3, Abu DHABi (UAE)

What We Make

We produce attractive - eye catcthing Aluminium Monobloc Cans for a variety of industries - Cosmetics, Pharma, Food & Drink, Household and Lubricants amongst others.

We produce all types of shapes and can fabricate cans with diameters from 35mm to 53mm and lengths ranging from 88mm to 230mm depending on the diameter. We are committed to fullfulling customer requirements.
